Staying here was a pleasant experience with great service and a lovely harbor view from our room. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Ronald, who went out of his way to assist us with our travel needs. The area feels calm and safe, making it a nice retreat from the busy parts of Hong Kong. Though the breakfast options were a bit bland, the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room made our stay enjoyable.

Courtyard Hong Kong offered a solid stay during my seven nights here. The location wasn’t the best, but it served my needs. There were plenty of food options around. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and facilitated my check-in. Wireless was fast, which helped with work. My room was spacious with large windows, but it only had a partial view of the sea. I had some issues with the air-conditioning on the first night. it made a screeching sound and a technician couldn't fix it right away. Thankfully, the staff promptly moved me to a different room the next day. The bathroom in both rooms was modern but needed better maintenance as the shower door in the second room wouldn’t close fully. The Executive Lounge felt a bit cramped during cocktail hour but had decent hot food options. Breakfast at MoMo Cafe was slow, and the service felt lacking, likely due to being understaffed. I appreciated the fitness center. enough equipment for a quick workout. The experience had ups and downs, but overall, I managed to enjoy my stay. It's an acceptable choice for business trips without the need for luxury.

The bathroom was disproportionately large compared to the room, making it feel cramped. It took forever for the lifts to arrive during busy times, often arriving full. The lobby had unpleasant smells, likely due to nearby trash bins, and staff interactions were lacking warmth.

The VIEW from the Deluxe King Room was breathtaking! 🌅 Staff was super attentive, but I wish the restrooms in the lobby were more accessible. Overall, a great stay!

Eddie, the bellman, was so helpful every morning with calling taxis, and Bryan at the reception even offered us an early check-in. I loved relaxing in the cozy lounge area after a long day, perfect for unwinding. The only downside was that the room felt a bit tight for our luggage, but it didn’t take away from an overall great stay! 😊

During my stay, I loved that I could easily stroll to the beautiful Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, just over a mile away, and explore the vibrant SoHo neighborhood less than a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The staff was consistently helpful, making my solo trip feel more manageable, and the room was comfortably sized for the bustling city environment.

the initial check-in was a bit slow. but the harbor view was stunning! housekeeping arranged our toiletries neatly. and the tram stop right in front made exploring so easy!

However, some issues arose, such as the inconsistent air conditioning and a somewhat unwelcoming lobby atmosphere. Also, the lack of a guest restroom in the lobby was inconvenient. Despite these drawbacks, the overall stay was quite enjoyable.
